How to cook dry potatoes sabzi

Hello freinds I am going to teach u how to cook spicy and delicious alloo when u want to eat something hot and spicy. Its simple and easy and anybody who knows little cooking can try his hands on it. There are two versions of it. The first one is hot and spicy and the other one is not so hot and spicy.

1.  Kali Mirch ke Aloo.

 Take two three medium potatoes ( U can take more, but it is sufficient for two).

Two onions  finely chopped.

Salt, Mirch and Haldi as per ur taste.

Black pepper powder but coarse.

Fry onions in a shallow vessel in any cooking medium as u use. Fru them until they are golden brown. Now put potatoes and cook for some time until they become tender and soft. Now put Haldi , mirch powder and salt according to ur tatse. Stie fry and cover after adding some water a little qauntity of water is sufficient. Let it cook for 10 min on sim gas check in between so that it may not stuck to the bottom. Remove from Gas when done. Now add Black pepper powder and cover for 2/3 minutes. Ur spicy potatoes are ready. Compliment them with thin paranthas or chapties as u wish. Serve hot. Nice eating.

2. Jhatpat Aloo

  Here is a nice potato recipe. Try it, its quite simple and hasssle fry. Even its very little spicy. But choice is urs u can add spices as per rquirement. Tahe 2/3 three potatoes. Big or medium ones shall be fine. Cut in the shape of finger chips. Fry them after marinading them with haldi, mirch and salt. Fry until they are cooked. Fry all the potatoes together. Now when they are cooked remove them from heat add one finely chopped onion (raw) and some green chillies and mix them vigorously. Here ur jhatpat aloo is ready. Compliment them with Paranthas or eat alone. they are healthy and fill ur apetite.

These are mostly bachelors food who live alone and cannot manage enough time for cooking. At those times these quickies shall be a really tasty delite.

Tips -
If u accidently burnt something in a pan and its stuck to it and u finding it difficult to remove since scraching will spoil the container. Then there is a home remedy for this. Cut one onion (Not so fine) and boil it that utencil for some time. The whole thing will come out with very little effort and bring back the shine.
